UkrPoshta (registered letter)
This method is suitable for small and compact orders.
How it works:
- A notification will be sent to your address indicating that a registered letter is waiting for you.
- You can collect it at your local UkrPoshta branch with an ID or passport.
- Delivery cost is 55 UAH.
Please ensure your post office is currently operational and accepting incoming mail before placing an order. After dispatch, we will send you a tracking number to monitor the shipment via the UkrPoshta website.
Shipping via UkrPoshta is available only with full prepayment.
Nova Poshta
A popular and fast delivery method within Ukraine. Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. The main advantage is a wide network of branches and convenient shipment tracking.
Two options available:
- Full prepayment — the standard delivery option.
- Cash on delivery — available for orders from 400 to 2500 UAH. You can inspect the parcel before payment. Return shipping for COD is paid by the customer (approximately 15–30 UAH).
International Delivery
We offer international shipping under certain conditions.
Conditions:
- Minimum order quantity for international delivery is 3 or more items.
- We guarantee shipment and successful customs clearance in the country of origin.
- We guarantee delivery to the destination country.
Please note: we are not responsible for customs clearance in the recipient's country. If the parcel is delayed, lost, or destroyed at the border, the cost of the product and shipping is not refundable.
Stealth Packaging
For international orders, we offer stealth packaging to mask the contents and improve the chance of successful delivery through customs.
Details:
- Standard stealth packaging is included upon request.
- For large orders, reinforced stealth packaging is available.
- The cost of stealth packaging is 4 USD.
